After witnessing Shan's punishment in the cell block corridor, Lucy starts to hope that may be she's got away with it this time. The poor deluded girl really should know better. As Officer Carlson leads her back to the punishment cell, she soon realises that it's now her turn to get a very sore bottom!

Spank Camp has a surprise visit from a Justice Dept Inspector, who is concerned about a possible lack of discipline wihin the establishment. Poppy & Zena are caught listening behind the door. Officer Rawlings has already punished Poppy, but now the inspector turns his attention to a very worried Zena.
 
REQUEST DENIED
 
Shan and Lucy have been locked in their cell for three days and they're demanding that they be let out to visit the exercise yard with the other girls. Govenor Wheeler and Officer Carlson are called to the cell block to investigate a noisy disturbance. It turns out to be the Govenor who gets to exercise his right arm!
