THE INSPECTION PART 4
 
Steph & Zena are taking a shower and bad mouthing the Justice Dept Inspector who has been giving them such a hard time recently. Unfortunately for them, the Inspector has overheard their every word and they know from painful experience what to expect next!
 
NO IDLE THREAT
 
Despite several previous warnings, Shan has ignored all good advice and continued with her unruly behaviour and generally bad attitude. She now finds herself shackled and helpless in the special punishment room, awaiting the attention of Officer Carlson and Govenor Wheeler.
 
A POSITION OF TRUST
 
Zena holds a position of trust within Spank Camp but she has abused her position and worst of all she's been caught out by Officer Rawlings! Old "sour face" is furious and decides to give Zena a thoroughly deserved caning. Not a good time then for Poppy to come strolling in to the room with the intention of stealing a cold drink!
